Today, we gather to honor and celebrate the beautiful life of Diane Valentine. Diane was a woman who touched the hearts of everyone she encountered with her boundless kindness, infectious humor, and unwavering love. Her spirit was one that illuminated every room she entered, leaving an imprint on the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know her. On November 9, 2024, God called her name, and Diane was welcomed home to rest. But she did not go alone; she took with her a little piece of all of us, forever etched in the hearts of her family and friends.
Diane was a devoted mother, a cherished grandmother, and a loving wife. She leaves behind her daughter, Amanda Morales; her sons, Jeremy Valentine and Steve Brockman; and her beloved husband, John Valentine. Diane’s legacy lives on through her grandchildren, Cruz Valentine, Elijah Morales, Teagan Brockman, Keenan Brockman, and Leightan Brockman, who were the joy and light of her life.
To quote the beloved Disney movie Coco, “We remember you and love you even in death.” Diane’s memory will continue to inspire and guide us, filling us with warmth and love, even as we say goodbye.
Though her physical presence is no longer with us, Diane’s love, laughter, and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her. We find comfort in knowing that she now rests in the arms of God, where she will watch over us always.
We will carry her love with us, and we will remember her, as she will never truly be gone. Rest in peace, Diane. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
