Age 55, passed away suddenly at her home in Garland, Texas. Debbie was born in McKinney, Texas to her parents, Robert Edward and Gayle Dean (Hanson) McFarland.
She was a Garland resident and a member of the Baptist faith. She had previously worked in electronics for Control Manufacturing.
Debbie was a loving wife and mother. She loved chatting on facebook, watching soap operas and her companion "Gizmo.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Stephen Hackworth, sons; Nicholas McFarland and stepsons; Chad, Chris and Joshua Hackworth, sisters; Diana McFarland and husband Robert Releford and Jeanie Vandergriff, brothers; Roger McFarland and his wife Angie, Jimmy McFarland and his wife Paula and Ritchiey McFarland and his wife Shelia, aunt, Shirley Barton.
MEMORIAL SERVICE will be at 2:00 p.m.,Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Chapel, 2925 Fifth Street in Sachse, Texas, 972-414-5050.
