Danny Smith

Danny Roy Smith, age 62, of Princeton, Texas passed away on September 8, 2021, at his home with family. He was born November 27, 1958, in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Roy Smith and Anne (Ellsworth) Smith.

Danny married Starla Smith on April 3, 1989, in Sherman, Texas. They were together for 37 years. Danny lived in Princeton for over 40 years and worked as a plumber and maintenance supervisor. Danny enjoyed watching movies and was a big fan of John Wayne. His family was very special to him, and he will be greatly missed by each of them.

Danny is survived by his wife, Starla Smith of Princeton, Texas; son, Steven Smith and wife Martha of Huntsville, Texas; daughter Crystal Vann and husband Steven of Princeton, Texas; daughter Beverly Smith of Princeton, Texas; ten grandchildren, Hailey Cisco, Nathan Cisco, Thomas Cisco, Daniel Burden and Kaitlyn Vann, all of Princeton, Texas, Ivie Smith, Lenora Blevins, Nicoli Blevins, Payton Smith and Skylar Smith, all of Huntsville, Texas; mother, Anne (Ellsworth) Barnfield of Princeton, Texas; brother, Allen Barnfield and wife Tiffany of Princeton, Texas. He was preceded in death by his dad, Roy Smith, brother Lee Smith and sister Cheryl Davis.
