Daniel "Dan" Louis Whitley, age 78, of Sachse, Texas, passed away October 30, 2015 in Sachse. He was born June 20, 1937 in Dallas, Texas.
Dan was preceded in death by his daughter, Karen Whitley; and his parents, Cecil and Catherine Whitley.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Shirley Whitley; two sons, Michael Whitley and his wife, Sandi and Christopher Whitley; daughter, Lisa Whitley Hargrove and her husband, Kelly Witt; three grandchildren, Jason Whitley and his wife, Lisa, Julian Whitley and Logan Whitley; three great-grandchildren, Skylar Whitley, Haylee Whitley and Brenden Whitley; four brothers, Cecil Whitley, Bobby Whitley and his wife, Barsha, Benny Whitley, and Bailey Whitley; sister, Doris Isabel; and numerous other family members.
Dan was preceded in death by his daughter, Karen Whitley; and his parents, Cecil and Catherine Whitley.
