Dale Himmelreich was born to Lulu Bradley and Frank W. Himmelreich in Lewis, PA on June 17, 1929.
Following Dale's graduation from the Technical High School in Miffenburg, PA, he joined the army and trained overseas. He studied locally and then enlisted in the Air Force where he served as an Instructor Pilot on various bases including Perrin Air Force Base.
He received a Chemistry degree from Baylor University and an Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University (Whoop). He met and married Ina Lee Hubbard in May 1955. Following his employment at Collins Radio, Dale began launching a series of business ventures including Delta H, Second Motors, S & D Properties, Inc, Texoma Auto Sales and AutoMax.
He loved the outdoor life in Oklahoma, running, working and playing bridge. His greatest love was for his family who included his four children as follows : Steve (and Nancy) Himmelreich, Denise (and Jim) Campbell, Sandra (and Rebel) Blackwell and Kurt (and Robin) Himmelerich. His greatly loved grand children are as follows: Stefanie Roberts, Jessica McDonald, Micah Casad, Sondra Heffernan, Rebel Blackwell, Tamara McLaughlin, Jas Campbell, Justin Himmelreich, Marcus Blackwell, Lauren Hinson, Masen Himmelreich and Bryce Himmelreich. Dale is also survived by 22 great grand children.
