Christine Petty Adams went home to the Lord on October 6, 2022 in Forney, TX at the age of 93.
She was born February 9, 1929 in McCarley, MS to Robert Virgil & Annie Lou Carlton Petty. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother & a devout Christian. Christine was deeply loved by her family and friends. She touched the hearts of all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Fred Adams, Jr of 67 years, her parents: Robert V & Annie Lou Petty, brothers: James Robert, Frank, Vernon & Will, sisters: Mary Ann and Nancy.
Christine is survived by her sons Jerry Adams and wife Ardyce, Jimmy Adams and wife Mary, Benny Adams & wife Amy; daughter Susan Chandler and husband Jerry Don. Thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-great-grandchildren and six great-great-great-grandchildren. Brothers: Donald and wife Marsha, Ernie and wife Emily, sisters: Lilly Francis Parker and Ruth Lewis and numerous other family members.
Graveside service Thursday October 13, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Fitzhugh Cemetery, 2250 Country Club Rd, Lucas, TX.
