Christa Ann Dillard

Christa Ann (Christy Hardin) Dillard, 47, of Double Oak, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 in Flowermound, Texas. Christy was born in McKinney, Texas on October 13, 1966 to John D. and Shirley Branam Hardin. Christy spent most of her adult life as a leasing agent for several apartment complexes in the Dallas area. She was a devoted mother, Mimi (grandmother), daughter and sister. She never met a stranger.

Christy is survived by three sons; Cameron Cozart and wife, Sarah of Double Oak, Texas, Casey Cozart of Lewisville, Texas and Colton Cozart of Corpus Christi, Texas; one grandson, Noah Cozart of Double Oak, Texas; father, John Hardin and wife, Lucretia of Princeton, Texas; one brother, Randall Morris and wife,
Joell of Princeton, Texas; one sister, Vonnie Head and husband, James of Allen, Texas; two grandmothers, Frances (Frankie) Hardin of Princeton, Texas and Pauline Keyes of McKinney, Texas; step-father, Tom Sward of Double Oak, Texas; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.

She was preceded in death by mother, Shirley Sward; brother, James Hardin and grandfather, Fay Hardin.

Visitation with the family will be 9:30am until noon on Saturday , August 9, 2014 at Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home located at 601 S Tennessee, McKinney, Texas 75069. The funeral service will be held at noon in the chapel at the same location. Burial will follow at the Fitzhugh Cemetery.
