Charmane Kay Welch

October 26, 1941 — May 5, 2018

Charmane Kay Welch of Wylie, Texas, passed away Saturday May 5, 2018 at Dallas Love Field airport unexpectedly from a heart attack. She was born in North Platte, Nebraska October 26, 1941. The family moved to Ogden, Utah in 1956. Charmane was a member of the high school drill team and church youth group. She had a zest for life and enjoyed making people smile. She had an endless supply of warmth and love. Her hobbies included collecting antiques and crafting. She loved cross-stitch and crocheting. She donated many of the blankets, shawls and hats she made to various charities. Her favorite activity was being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was known as Grandma Bubbles that matched her bubbly personality.



Visitation is Saturday May 12th at Charles W. Smith and Son Funeral Home in Sachse, Texas from 11:00am - 12:00pm. Services will follow immediately at 12:00pm, May 12th at the same location.



She leaves behind her three children: son Keith Anderson and wife My Ha; daughters Sherille Krevat and Kristen Anderson; five grandchildren Brandon, Justin, Rachel, Christopher and Brooklyn; and three great grandchildren Azaylia, Lydia and Emilee; her sister Janice (and family) and three brothers Tim (wife Marcy and family), Tom (wife Linda and family), Rick (wife Linda and family).
