Charles Hill Herod joined in death by his parents Otis Elmo and Effie Irene, his son Richard Herod, and his sisters Marceline, Wanda Chynthia and Cora Bell.
He is survived by his wife Elaine, his daughters Deborah Foerster and Brenda Crenshaw, and his grandchildren Stephanie Blanton, Richard Alexander (Alex) Herod, April Foerster, Autumn Foerster and Bryan Brown.
