Charles Frederick Ballinger was born January 29, 1938 in Little Blue, MO to Fred Ballinger and
Frances Miller. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 2, 2020.
Charles served in the Air Force from 1955 to 1959 as an airplane mechanic and retired after 40 years working as a mechanic at DeSoto Paints in Garland, Texas.
He is survived by his sons; Rodger, Russell, and Ritchie, their spouses, and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, mother, and sister Ruth Ann Brandon.
His ashes will be buried at the Uniondale Cemetery in Uniondale, PA with his mother, stepfather and sister.
There will be no services.
