Carrie Carr Cooper, age 93, passed away May 3, 2015, in Richardson, Texas. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother. Carrie was born January 7, 1922, near Denton, Maryland, to Edmond and Elizabeth Carr. She lived most of her life in Delmar, Maryland, where she was a member of St. Stephen's United Methodist Church. She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing Scrabble with friends. In 2002, Carrie moved to Garland, Texas, to be near her son and daughter in law. She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Julius H. Cooper, Jr. She is survived by her son Charles and his wife Carol.
