Carey Don Brownlow, age 53, passed from this life at his home in St Paul, Texas with his family by his side.
He was born December 2, 1957 in Lubbock, Texas to Donald Keith and Lawanda Janice (Hatcher) Brownlow.
He lived in the Dallas area most of his life. He received a BA in accounting and business info systems. He was an Information Technology manager for over 20 years at Leggette Actuaries, Inc., currently Daily Access. He also was a CPA.
Carey served in the US Navy. He was an Eagle Boy Scout and avid outdoorsman who loved to fish, hunt and garden. He enjoyed sports like soccer, scuba diving and wake boarding.
Carey was a parishner at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Wylie, Texas.
He married his wife, Anna Marie Joseph on June 29, 1985 in Portsmouth, Virginia.
Carey is survived by his wife, Anna Marie Brownlow, daughter, Kaitlin Brownlow, mother Lawanda Brownlow, sister Deborah Ann Anglin, nephew, Robert Anglin and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
He is preceded in death by his father Donald Brownlow and uncle Gilbert Hatcher.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held, 7:00 P.M. on Friday, June 24, 2011 at St Anthony Catholic Church, 404 N Ballard Ave, Wylie, Texas.
Mass of the Resurrection will be 6:30 P.M. on Saturday, June 25, 2011 with a reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are encouraged to one of the following charities:
