BreAnna Dawn Cox

BreAnna Dawn Cox, 27, peacefully passed away on December 19, 2023, surrounded by her parents, Billie and Don Cox, her brother Chazzerick Cox, her grandmother, Glenna McGee, and Uncle, J.D McGee, in Nevada, Texas. She was born on July 11, 1996, in Plano, Texas, to her devoted parents, Don Allen Cox and Billie Joe Cox. BreAnna was a beloved sister to Chazzerick Allen Cox. She is reunited in heaven with her late grandparents, Donald Lee Cox, and Willie Fay Cox, her great grandparents, James Melton and Mildred Melton and Sam B. Brown and Bessie Lavern Brown. 

BreAnna will be fondly remembered for her warm and caring nature, which touched the lives of all who knew her. Her genuine greetings, always accompanied by a heartfelt "Hello," and her loving farewells, expressed with an "I love you," brought comfort and joy to those around her. She shared precious moments with her family, delighting in preparing a cup of coffee for her brother, helping her mother prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, sharing laughter with her father as they enjoyed comedy shows together, and being with her fur baby Cat named Pantera. Her radiant presence had the remarkable ability to brighten any room she entered.

In her leisure time, BreAnna found solace in playing softball, where she displayed her skill and passion for the game. She also possessed a creative spirit, finding delight in expressing herself through drawing, leaving behind beautiful works of art.

BreAnna received her education at Community High School, where she formed lifelong friendships and cherished memories that will be treasured by all who knew her.

BreAnna is survived by parents Don and Billie Cox, brother Chazz Cox, Grandparents Glenna McGee, Billy and Pam Melton and family, Aunt and Uncle Lisa and Jerry Cunniff, Aunt and Uncle Tommy and Sara Patterson, Cousins Jayne and Brandon Cunniff, Cousins Hailey and Nadia Patterson and hundreds of family on Brown side of family.
