Brad Lee Mize

Brad Mize, 54 of Mesquite, TX unexpectedly passed away in the early hours of 9/11/18. Brad was born December 25, 1963 in Lamesa, TX. He was raised in Garland, TX and was recently a Mesquite, TX resident.
He is survived by his mother and step-father; Sharon and Jerry Hampton; his father L.D. Mize; his brothers Wendell and Barry Mize; his son Weslee Mize; daughter Braylee Mize; wife Dana Mize; nephews; Kyle (wife Amanda) Mize; Shane Mize and Mike Rogers (wife Katie); his aunt Linda Wright; aunt Clara Gleghorn along with many cousins and thousands of friends that he considered family.
Brad graduated in the top of his class as a 1982 Lakeview Centennial graduate, afterwards attending the University of Oklahoma. He started Carpentry Unlimited where he worked alongside his brothers for many years.

Services will be held at Charles Smith & Sons Funeral Home in Sachse, TX Tuesday 9/18/18 at 2PM, visitation will be from Noon – 2PM prior to the memorial.

Pall bearers are Perry Havens, Mike Etheridge, David Goulet, Scott Gunderson, Jay Banning, Larry Mitchell, Glenn Ross, Kelly Clark, Jim Bussell, Vance Vonderheid, James Pierce, Todd Hough, Rodney Nall, Chad Hough and a host of other honorary Pall Bearers that he loved dearly.
