Bob J. Hyepock of Richardson went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. He was born in Canton, Texas on August 29, 1933. He graduated from Whitewright High School in 1951. It was in high school that he met Mollie Jo Rutledge. They were married in 1956. They were married for 62 wonderful years.
He attended Texas A&M Commerce. After college he joined the Air Force and served ten years. He was proud to serve his country.
After service he and Jo moved to Garland where they lived fifty-four years. It was in Garland that their daughter, Sally, was born.
He was a salesman selling food products to schools, restaurants, and hospitals until he retired in 1998.
The last three years of his life were spent at Twin Rivers Senior Living. He had a long-term relationship with God and was a member of First Baptist Church Garland for 34 years.
His survivors include his wife Mollie Jo, one daughter, Sally Neighbors and husband Mike; three grandchildren, Austin, Sarah, Lindsey and her husband Tanner; one brother in law, Obie Rutledge and his wife Frances; niece Rebecca Wolf.
He was preceded in death by his parents Hattie and Ray Hyepock; two brothers, Bill and Jack; two sisters, Ray Lee Wells and Dorothy Hyepock.
