Billy Ray Webb, aged 90, passed away on June 27, 2024, in Richardson, Texas. Born on February 22, 1934, in Nevada, Texas, Billy lived a full and vibrant life. Billy served his country four years during the Korean war with the US Air Force.

He was telling the ladies that gave him his Quilt of Valor last November 2023, if they needed him he would go back and serve his country! 


Billy is survived by his loving family, his sister Martha J. Carcuffe, also leaves behind his two Sons, Billy Ray Webb and Gary Wade Webb; Daughters, Julie Ann Webb and Kelly Renee Webb; 14 Grandkids and 32 Great-grandkids and 6 Great great grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oma and Rufus, three Brothers, Jackie, Wayne, Rufus Samuel/RS and two Sisters, Nancy Castle, Wanda Jean Hale who laid the foundation of a loving and close-knit family that Billy cherished deeply.


A service to celebrate Billy's life will be held on Monday, July 15, at 10 a.m. at Lake Pointe Church, located at 701 E. Interstate 30, Rockwall, Texas, 75087. Attendees are asked to enter through the northwest doors by the I30 service road, where the chapel can be found just inside.


Billy's life was marked by his Love for the Lord and dedication to his family, a legacy that will live on through his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
