Billy Charles Cole

Billy Charles Cole,III, of Sachse, Texas was born on September 18 1993 and passed away unexpectedly on August 12, 2014. He was a beloved son, brother, grandson and nephew to his family.

Billy is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Billy Charles Cole,I. He is survived by his parents, Billy and Barbara Cole, and Tabatha Bedenbaugh. He is also survived by his two brothers, Christian Cole and Julian Cole. Along with grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, Billy is survived by many more extended family members and friends who loved and adored him.

Billy graduated from Sachse High School in 2012 and was just about to start his junior year at McMurry University where he was a Running Back and Special team player. He loved the game of Football which was an essential part of his life, in addition to his extraordinary work ethic. He aspired to be a finance major after he worked numerous summer internships at Enlink Midstream in the IT and Finance departments; this is where he gained more insight on his career path. He also worked at Total Ad Graphics during his high school years. Billy was very intelligent; he had consistently kept a GPA of 4.0 throughout his entire high school and college careers. He made the Dean's List every semester as well as was invited to become a member of the McMurry Investment Committee his sophomore year while this committee is only for Juniors and Seniors. He was also inducted as a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta National Academic Honor Society at McMurry, outstanding academic excellence, Triple Crown Award for Excellence in Athletics, and many, many more.

Billy had an infectious smile and demeanor. He could light up any room he walked into. He quickly made friends and never met an enemy. He loved with his whole heart and he loved so many. He spent as much time as he could with his close friends. He cherished each day and he always expressed his love for his family and friends. Billy certainly did live his life to the fullest. Billy had a lifelong dream to see Eminem and last week, Billy was able to fly to Pasadena to see his favorite rapper, where he got to experience the time of his life.

It is hard for all of us to understand why he had to leave us so soon, but we have to trust that Jesus made the right decision and we have to keep our faith.

Services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Sachse on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 2:00 pm. Burial immediately following at Sachse Cemetery on 5th Street. Family will receive friends and other family at their home after the burial.
