Billie Ruth Kelley

Billie Ruth Kelley was born near Westfield Texas in rural Harris County on April 29, 1924 to Blanche and John William Depenbrock. She married Herbert E Kelley on May 2, 1942 and they were married for over 50 years. She passed away December 29, 2013 in Richardson Texas and previously lived in Houston, Nacogdoches and Tyler.


She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Henry August Depenbrock and her husband (1993).


She is survived by 2 sons and daughters in law: Jon & Sharyn Kelley, Mark & Judy Kelley; 6 grandchildren and their spouses: Jace & Tiffany Kelley, Jennifer & Andrew Murphy, Judy & Mark Beach, Audrey & Dave Lively, Anna Kelley, April & Brandon McGallion; and 11 great grandchildren: Jaren & Jakob Kelley, Tristan, Kennedy and Sawyer Beach, Wyatt & Walt Lively, Lily, Ehren, Jesse & Max McGallion.


Graveside services will be at 2PM in Houston Texas at Earthman Rest Haven cemetery on Friday January 3.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:45 P.M. Sunday, January 5 at the Church of Christ on 2828 W Campbell Road, Garland, Texas.
