Billie Ruth Elmore

Billie Ruth Elmore went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 8, 2023, at the age of 80. She was married to Paul Elmore on July 3, 1965, for 52 years until his death in 2017. They had no children.
Billie was born in Harlingen, TX, on September 9, 1942, to Bill and Ruth Austin. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her younger brother, Jimmy Austin, in 2017. She is survived by two sisters, Jaynelle and husband Larry Carroll; Erleen and husband David Blackwell and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many friends.
Billie and her husband were members at First Baptist Church of Allen for many years. She retired from Collin Central Appraisal District in 2008. She loved cooking and baking for family and friends.
