Arville "Ed" Pierce, age 79, of Garland, Texas, passed away January 4, 2014 in Garland, Texas. He was born April 15, 1934 in Shannon, Georgia to Marshall and Lacy Pierce.
Ed was preceded in death by his wife, Laura Pierce; son, John Michael Gundrum; parents, Marshall and Lacy Pierce; five brothers, Grady Pierce, Donald Pierce, Jerry Pierce, Arthel Pierce, and Herbert Pierce; and three sisters, Catherine Edwards, Joyce Beard and Rachel Pierce.
He is survived by three daughters, Brenda Lemaster and her husband, Glenn, Cindy Marshall and her husband, Rusty, and Becky Larson and her husband, Steve; three sons, Eddie Pierce and his wife, Monique, Tim Pierce and his wife, Wendy, and David Gundrum; brother, Gene Pierce; eighteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; special daughter in-law, Lori Pierce; and numerous other family members.
