Arthur S. Croom

Arthur Croom of McKinney, Texas (formerly of Flint, MI), 76, was called home to be with our Lord November 22, 2013. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Janet; one brother, Lloyd Cabell of Flint, MI; six sisters, Ruth Bennett of Reno, NV, Delores Lynch, Judy (Larry) Mason and Rosa Anderson-Murphy of Flint, MI, Phyllis Materson of Fairfield, AL and Maxine Stapleton of Ft. Worth, Texas; five sons, Willie (Annette) Williams, Kenjie Croom of Flint, MI, Corey Croom of Carson City, MI, Remond (Heather) Croom of Greenville, Texas and Eyadema (Charmaine) Croom of Houston, Texas; two daughters, Katie Bloom of Flint, MI and Judith Haynes of Chicago, IL; thirty-five grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Flowers may be sent to Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home, 601 S. Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069. A memorial service will be held November 30, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Eternity Community Church, 12550 Independence Parkway, Frisco, Texas 75035.
