Apolinar "Paul" Ramirez, age 86 of Plano, Texas, passed away on February 21, 2022 in McKinney, Texas. He was born on January 8, 1936 in McKinney, Texas to Philipe and Pasquala (Holguin) Ramirez. Apolinar married Delores Sanchez in 1954. He worked as a concrete mason for over 50 years and was a member of the Catholic faith.

Apolinar is survived by his wife, Delores Ramirez; nine children, Roland Ramirez, Renee Garcia, Ross Ramirez, Elias Ramirez, Cecilia Ramirez, Celina Crocker, Regina Ramirez, Elisa Mulders, and Paul Ramirez; seventeen grandchildren, Veronica, Robin, Anna, Nathaniel, Apolina, Joseph, Javier, Armon, Ana-Alicia, Alejandro, Ava Rose, Robert, Victoria, Ariana, Andrew Paul, Julia, and Gabriel; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Philipe and Pasquala Ramirez; brothers, Portfino Mata, Alphonso Ramirez, Philipe Ramirez, Jr., and Domingo Ramirez; sisters, Jesse Mata-Trevino and Mary Ann Ramirez; and grandson, Charles Bartholomew Ramirez-Mulders.
