Annabell Dietzman's final gesture was to do what she loved best – stitch together Santa goodies to give her grandkids a holiday laugh by sharing a bit of personal fun. Born on April 19, 1934, she suffered a stroke and passed on November 23, 2019. To all that knew her we agree she was full of grace, humor, wisdom, and kindness. God repaid her kindness by allowing her to not suffer in her short illness and now joins her Lord and Savior in Heaven. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 67 years, William Dietzman. Also honoring her memory are children and their spouses David and Elena, Clint and Deanna, and Cheryl and Scott. She is cherished as well by 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, and is preceded in death by parents Minnabelle and Henry Healey, siblings Dorothy Prater and Charles Healey, and great grandson Oliver Hayes Dietzman.
Visitation followed by funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, December 3rd and will be held at Charles W Smith Funeral Home, 601 S. Tennessee St., McKinney, TX, 75069 starting at 11:00 am. Interment will proceed to the Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211.
"Anniebell" as dearest friends and family know, loved flowers. However, in lieu of flowers those wishing to commemorate her life might offer a donation to your favorite charity. Ann would want nothing more than for these decisions to be your personal choices should anyone wish to celebrate in this way.
