Amanda Kaye Nelson

Gods precious little Angel Amanda Kaye Nelson was born on August 8, 1985 and went home into the arms of her Heavenly father November 21, 2013. Amanda was loved by so many, she lit up the room wherever she went, and we know that in her passing she will guide many to the Lord Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amanda was born in Dallas, TX. and graduated from Ford High School in Quinlan, TX. She was attending Collin County College in Frisco, TX. She worked at Two Brothers in Frisco, TX. and Lee Harvey's in Dallas, TX. Amanda loved to go fishing, snowboarding, golfing and traveling. She is survived by her mother Vickie Nelson, her father Ronnie Griffin, fiance Brad Leatherwood, her sisters Lauren Befeld, Emily Griffin and brother Hunter Griffin, her Grandfather Rudy Nelson and Grandmother Marlene Nelson. She was an aunt to Luke Befeld. Uncles include Rick Nelson, Tony Griffin, Kenny Griffin and Marty Griffin. Aunts: Terri Griffin Dezwarte, Lisa Loy, Patti Griffin, so many cousins, Great Aunts and Great Uncles. Amanda will be dearly missed by each and every life she touched and knew. She touched so many lives. May many be saved by this tragic and way too early loss of life of such a beautiful and very special young lady. Her spirit lives on, fly high Angel. Until we see you again in Heaven.
