Amalia Garcia

Amalia Garcia, age 91, of Princeton, TX, passed away May 1, 2016. Amalia was born December 7, 1924 in Sinton, TX to Tirso Moreno and Canuta Figueroa. Amalia married Jesus Garcia on October 14, 1951 in Sinton, TX. She was a happy go lucky gal, who helped all her family and friends in good times and worst of times. She always knew what to say to make you happy. She will be missed tremendously. "If tears could build a stairway, and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again."

She was preceded in death by her husband Jesus Garcia and her twelve siblings Concepcion, Simon, Reymunda, Candelaria, Virginia, Adam, Eve, Petra, Tirso, Ignacio, Roman, Elodia.

Survived by her children Diana Williamson, Jessie Garcia, Alfonso Garcia and Eddie Garcia. Ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
Sister Maria Ramos.

Service will be held at 12:00pm on Thursday May 5, 2016 at Princeton Cemetery.
